Workers there are extremely unprofessional and rude. They argue with you over simple things and this place sells you bad overly burnt food. I called in to tell them that they gave me charred to a crips food and the lady said “well people still buy them like that. People buy their puff pastries looking like this? About to send these to the health department. Selling extremely burnt food is considered illegal under the adultered food clause.

i was very excited to come in and grab some donuts today until my experience was ruined by the customer service of the cashier. she was so nasty and rude towards me. by the end of my experience i didn't even want the donuts that i had bought anymore. truly an unfortunate experience.

Wonderful baked goods and kind staff! Everything is extremely well made and the variety is excellent. The store is clean and well laid out. The inventory is large so you don't have to worry about them running out of donuts by 7:00 in the morning. They also open good and early like a proper donut shop. the donuts are fantastic and flavorful and really well made. The variety of flavors is impressive and delightful. One of our favorite stops in Detroit.
